Weekend HIIT

Smash it and out get it done all in 20 minutes. This quick session will get the heart pumping in no time. Cardio, core and toning this interval is one for the fitness bank. 

Warm up:

5 minute light cardio: jog, skip, cycle etc

From there are 6 work out stations. 20 seconds at each station. 10 seconds rest between each station then back to it. Go through each station twice.

6×2 20 seconds on 10 seconds recovery.

  1. Star Jumps
  2. Burpees
  3. High knees
  4. Push-ups
  5. Squat jumps
  6. Bicycle ab crunches

1 Minute Rest. Then repeat 1-6. 1-2 more times.
