Sitting for too long is now taboo in world of health and wellness and how bad it is actually for your body. When you think of how much of your day you do actually sit – driving, the office, uni, eating, relaxing on the couch.. that’s a lot of time.

This is what happens when you sit and your posture isn’t on point

Try and lengthening the hamstring more with each rep. ⁣ ⁣ Aim for 2 sets of 10-12 pulses per leg!⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 2️⃣The second exercise is focused more on hamstring activation and working your active range of motion. “Friday Flexibility Flow” [Hip Mobility Advice] . TAG SOMEONE who sits all day at work and needs to move‼️ . It’s Friday, we have been making some BIG moves lately with some exciting announcements to come this month. With that being said, we’ve been doing A LOT of busy work on our laptops 💻 It doesn’t matter how ‘perfect’ your posture and alignment is, we feel pretty confident saying you can sit in ANY position and it won’t feel good after a long time. At some point your body is going to feel ‘stiff’ and maybe even some discomfort somewhere, it’s begging for movement 🔄 motion is lotion! . Check out these different dynamic hip and torso stretches. It honestly only takes spending a few minutes a few times a day to feel better and combat stiffness and discomfort. Frequent short bouts of movement can add up!
