SPINFLOW | recap

Some serious sweat and laughs were had at our first ever TULLY LOU spinflow event with kx cycle Saturday 27th June. Kicked off with a solid 45 minute spin session lead by the one and only Colombian Ana we we’re riding to the beat and dancing on our bikes. Not your average spin class – the room was loaded with flavour – shaking hips and working on those arms and core with some hand weights (AKA maracas) But what do you want after a serious sweat where you’ve challenged yourself and your legs feel like they don’t work anymore? Some serious OM time and a nice soft bend and stretch session.. 45 minutes. Half and half. Back to back. After feeling totally worked out and zen at the same time we refueled with juices, raw balls, pro-oats and all things natural and nourishing from nutrition bar. No better way to kick off a Saturday – a solid sweat before a Saturday night out.









Thank you to everyone one who participated in the event the whole TL team had an absolutely amazing time and it wouldn’t of been possible without you all, the kx team and all the goodie bag suppliers.


We can’t wait for the next TULLY LOU event at the end of August. Grab your gloves and get ready round 2 of YOXING.
