RAW CARAMEL BALLS

Bit of Friday (non) baking in TL HQ for the afternoon pick me up. These balls are bloody delish and rolled in truck loads of goodness to nourish your bod. No stopping at one after knocking back one of these bad boys. Raw, vegan, gluten free and anything else you can think of – thank us later.

So good, so easy – roll, freeze and enjoy.

1 banana mashed up

2 cups almond meal

¼ cup softened coconut oil

1 cup of desiccated coconut + extra for rolling

100 grams loving earth raw caramel chocolate

Pinch of salt

Melt down 70 grams of raw caramel chocolate and then mix up with all the other
ingredients. Wait a few minutes until mixture has cooled a bit then add the rest of the raw caramel chocolate roughly chopped up into chunks (it leaves big chunky bits of caramel in balls after freezing.)

Roll into balls and then in desiccated coconut

Pop in freezer for hour – if you can wait that long and boom.
