Guys, team, friends.. as our inboxes are being flooded with our favourite studios going into lockdown for 2 weeks plus talk here in Australia is lockdown may happen very soon. So here we are and we thought we would stockpile our favourite at home workouts just in case.. and also for our dear friends who are in quarantine right now all around the world from USA, Italy and here in Australia.
They may make us practice social distancing but they can’t stop the team from jumping on group face-time and doing a lounge room workout together (we will actually be doing this).
