So we have put together some of our favourite health hacks to help prepare your body for the warmer months.

Drinking warm water especially in the morning has shown to decrese free radical activity in the body. If you are feeling a little bored with warm water add some lemon which will help aid digestion and also control food cravings.
Probiotics can do everything from boost your mood and improve your skin to create a stronger and healthier immune system. Perfect way to boost your spring mood after a dark and gloomy winter!
Dry brushing is when your brush the skin in a particular pattern with a dry brush, its usually done before showering. 8 Hours Of Sleep
Getting at least 8 hours of sleep can help improve your immune function and help fight the common cold that some of us get stuck with coming into spring. Along with nutrition and exercise, good sleep is on of the pillars of health! Grab a peppermint tea and some lavender oil and set yourself up with a nightly routine.
Take at least 8,000 steps per day.
Now that it’s getting lighter outside it’s the perfect time to get out and get those steps in. The benefits of getting outside are endless. First start by creating a daily goal and get in about 30 mins of walking per day. By doing so it will help with lowering blood pressure, improving sleep and relieving any anxiety or depression from the colder months.
