POSITIVE THINKING | words + affirmations

Enough with the mind junk. Every week at TL HQ we kick it off by taking turns to write up a positive word or phrase on a board that everyone can see. It’s big, it’s bold and you can see it all the time. It’s the word we have to live by for that week it inspires us, motivates and can even challenge us. 

The thoughts you have shape your life and often they can be unconscious negative stories telling you you’re not good enough, you can’t do this etc. It can be do to with work, friends, family or even self talk during a workout telling you to give up it’s too hard.

But if you consciously choose positive thoughts, phrases and words and repeat them in your mind your life will start to change.

Find a word or phrase that you can relate to – make it your first thought when you wake up in the morning and repeat it to yourself throughout the day. When ever you catch yourself thinking negatively drown it out with your positive word.
