LONG WEEKEND HIIT

Before we bbq we sweat. Get up early this Saturday and smash out this quick intense cardio HIIT session for the ultimate fat burning and fitness building workout. All done and dusted before the first bounce of the grand final all you need is yourself and a skipping rope. 

Skipping 2 mins

ROUND 1

  • Jumping jacks
  • 1-legged burpees
  • Ab bicycles

Skipping 2 mins

ROUND 2

  • Lunge jumps
  • Spiderman push ups
  • Lateral jumps

Skipping 2 mins

ROUND 3

  • High knees
  • Squat jumps
  • Running bum kicks

Skipping 2 mins

ROUND 4

  • Tricep push-ups
  • Side lunges
  • Plank to push up

45 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest between each exercise and each round.

Go through twice.
