It’s Friday and we’re brining it in with our epic raw, chocolate hazelnut rough fudge! Think Ferrero rocher cross nutella – ahh-mazing and bloody delish! Loaded with superfoods and packed full of goodness to rock our bods.
This recipe kicks all those chocolate cravings and is so, so easy to make – it’s a winner.
Raw cacao raises your levels of the happy hormone serotonin so your mood will be boosted just in time for the weekend.
- ¼ coconut oil cup
- Few BIG tablespoons hazelnut butter
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- 1 little scoop of stevia powder OR 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup / honey
- Crushed roasted hazelnuts
- Cacao nibs
Melt down coconut oil and mix it up with hazelnut butter, cacao, stevia (or other sweetener.) Throw it all in a dish lined with baking paper. Top it off with crushed roasted hazelnuts and cacao nibs and whack it in the freezer for 30 minutes if you can wait that long. Once done chop it into chunks and boom. Enjoy.
