Oh hi! I'm on the July/Aug cover of HEALTH MAGAZINE! @healthmagazine Look, the pursuit of health and what it means to be healthy is something I think about often and has for sure changed over the years. I feel so grateful and happy to be in a place where I feel like I’m trying my best every day to be as healthy as possible both physically and mentally. Whether that means working out daily, sleeping in, taking a bath, hanging with my kids more, going to therapy, eating more vegetables or getting nachos and margaritas really just depends on the day. ALSO! I LOVE that I'm wearing my @shopbando Anxiety necklace on the cover of this magazine!!!! It's so important to me that we destigmatize mental health issues so more people feel like they can talk freely and ask for help when they need it. Anyway. Thank you HEALTH! The benefits of the slide board are endless. The greatest thing about this feature of our Bünda station is you can get plenty of resistance without grabbing any extra weights.
