1000 Steps – Ferntree Gully

Not sure if there is quite 1,000 but this is a definite hardcore workout. Please note though all that work on your glutes – your bum may be sore a couple days after and the walk to bottom of the stairs.. Well that’s all we’re saying..

The Tan – South Yarra

Favourite amongst Melbournians because of the convenient location and the beautiful gardens. Run, jog or stoll the 3.85 km track then why not hit up one of the near by cafes for a brunch session with the girls.

Albert Park Lake – Albert Park

Just like the tan there’s a 5 km track that you can run, walk or cycle around. Right near MSAC so if you’re up for it you can also hit up the pool for a bit of a swim sesh too.

Princess Park – Carlton North / Parkville

Taking it North side of the Yarra. The track here is 3.17 km long and also has mini workout stations along the way. Break it up with some HIIT at the stations and you’re up for one hardcore workout.

Foreshore – Port Melbourne – St Kilda

Along Beaconsfield Parade right along the shore you can run, cycle or walk. Plug in those headphones and breath in crisp sea air. A long the journey why not hit up the workout stations just like it’s north side neighbor Princess Park. Stuck for some exercises to do at these stations?
