3 Ingredient (Healthy) Biscuits

If you’re after an afternoon snack or need something to hit the sweet spot these healthy cookies do just that and are so easy to make.

After craving something to dip into a tea and a scotch finger biscuit hasn’t stepped foot into my pantry for years improvisation was much needed. I always have oats, bananas (going brown even though I always have intentions to eat them) and chocolate in my fridge. The sweet tooth was real so I actually did add a 4th ingredient (which isn’t needed) lakanto which is a 100% natural sugar, no calorie substitute, keto friendly sugar.

2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup of Oats
2 Square of Lindt Chocolate (I love bitter chocolate so I use 90%)
2 Tablespoons Lakanto


Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Line baking tray with baking paper
Mash 2 bananas
Add all other ingredients (If mixture looks too wet just add more oats)
Spoon into equal sizes on tray and bake for 20 minutes
Let cool on tray and harden before removing
Store in a container in fridge for 2-3 days.
